Tattoo retraining course

Salon Tattoo Vetengl offers an accredited tattoo retraining course in accordance with §108 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll. and Decree No. 176/2009 Coll. We hold accreditation from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic for the professional qualification TATTOO ARTIST (69-34-M), which allows graduates to obtain the certificate required for a trade license in activities involving the disruption of skin integrity (Trade Licensing Act No. 455/1991 Coll.).

What you will learn:

• Safely and hygienically apply tattoos
• Identify pathological skin conditions (basics of dermatology and somatology)
• Provide professional tattoo-related consultation
• Navigate legislation related to activities involving the disruption of skin integrity
• Provide first aid and aftercare to clients

Entry requirements

• Age 18+
• Medical fitness confirmation
• Completed vocational training or a retraining course in cosmetology prior to entering the tattoo course

• Copy of cosmetology certificate and course participation

Cosmetics course

The price of the tattoo course is 39.000,- CZK.

A deposit of 5,000 CZK is required upon application; it is refundable until the second part of the course fee is paid.
After the first week of the course, the remaining 34,000 CZK is due; after this payment the fee becomes non-refundable.

The final exam costs 8,000 CZK, but it is included for course participants.

The course lasts approximately 2.5 months (317 hours) and is conducted in Czech.

We also offer an independent final exam without taking the course for 8,000 CZK (non-refundable and paid upon application).
Preparation consultations are available at 1,500 CZK/hour.
The certificate can be issued within approximately 14 days

Approximate dates of retraining courses during 2024

An information meeting takes place about 2 weeks before the start of the course. You will receive detailed course information and handle all necessary formalities.

Graduates gain knowledge in tattooing, hygiene, anatomy, physiology, dermatology, customer communication, and basic legislation.

After successfully passing the state professional exam, you will receive a nationwide certificate for activities involving disruption of skin integrity — Certificate of Professional Qualification.
